We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless it is required or you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name address phone number email address credit/debit card details We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. Terms and Conditions Packing processing and postage is added to orders under £50-00.unless it is a special order there may be extra costs. Items are normally posted standard rate unless prior arrangement has been made. Insurance and guaranteed delivery can be arranged with us, usually on small orders they are sent at buyers risk. Returning customers are satisfied with this arrangement as it keeps costs down. On large orders and urgent deliveries they can be tracked on line using the tracking service. On special orders or items of suitability it is wise to order sample first, and then if all is fine further orders of the items are made from the information stored on our computers. Any customer details are not passed to any third party. Secure and honest trading is important to us. If order as not been received within one week and the purchaser as had confirmation of it being sent, it is the responsibility of purchaser to contact us. After 2 weeks it is excepted it as been received. Items for return is by prior arrangement and agreement only, and must be made no later then 7 days after receipt of the order, and may be subject if received in good condition to a re-stocking charge from 50%, more if it was a special or hard to get order. As it is our intention to build up the trusted nature of this site and look forward to returning customers we would appreciate letting us know the order arrived and we welcome feed back. We can not be responsible for the postal service ie if stamps drop off or package is damaged , including goods inside, unless they have been separately insured. From time to time there will be price increase as manufactures increase prices or we have to restock from whats available at the time, therefore were particular brands are unavailable at the time a equivalent brand will be supplied. We will pack lamps with our up most care but cannot guarantee breakage or faulty lamps, but will try to resolve any problems, it would be in our interest as lamps wear out and we want you to reorder.RESPONSIBILITY:
It is your responsibility to determine that the goods ordered are sufficient and suitable for the purpose that they are to be used. We shall in no way be liable for any direct or consequential damage loss or expense arising from any defect or inefficiency caused by the manner in which the goods are used.
RETURNS
Notification of goods received which are faulty or incorrect must be notified to us by e mail or in writing within 7 days of receipt, otherwise you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods. A handling charge of 33% will be applicable for goods incorrectly ordered this is to cover our collection cost. All goods returned to us must be securely packaged in original packaging where possible.
There is discount for some returning customers and customers with large orders. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us.
